Covid-19 Extra Measures
Learn what we are doing, and what we ask you to do, to protect everybody from the virus.
If you have symptoms (continuous cough, temperature or loss of taste/smell) or are testing positive for coronavirus, please contact us as soon as possible as your booking will need to be moved or cancelled.
If you need to contact us for any reason we will provide a mobile number for you to text or call. If you develop symptoms of coronavirus during your stay, you will need to immediately check out and return home. If symptoms are more serious, contact us so we may arrange emergency medical attention.
Hand hygiene is the most important thing you can do to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. To help you with this we provide a sanitising station at the main entrance and in the bedrooms which we ask you to use when entering the building and leaving your room.
In addition to our usual thorough room cleaning schedule, we have additional measures in place. All surfaces from furniture to light switches, door handles and kettles will be sanitised. All laundry is washed at high temperature and pillows and duvets are also sanitised between bookings. We are doing only a basic service of bedrooms during your stay at present. Fresh towels and tea/coffee can be supplied on request.
Social distancing and face covering regulations have been relaxed but if you still have concerns we will happily wear a mask when interacting with you or serving breakfast.
Registration can be done online and is recommended. Your key will be sanitised for you. Check-out can also be contactless with payment taken from your card details you provided at time of booking and your invoice emailed to you.
