'We're Good to Go' - Covid-19 Extra Measures
Learn what we are doing, and what we ask you to do, to protect everybody from the virus.
If you or anyone in your household has had symptoms (continuous cough, temperature or loss of taste/smell) in the last 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible as your booking will need to be moved or cancelled. Don't worry, we take no deposit and there will be no charge for cancellation in these circumstances.
If you need to contact us for any reason we will provide a mobile number for you to text or call. If you develop symptoms of coronavirus during your stay, you will need to immediately check out and return home. If symptoms are more serious, contact us so we may arrange emergency medical attention.
Hand hygiene is the most important thing you can do to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. To help you with this we provide a sanitising station at the main entrance and in the bedrooms which we ask you to use when entering the building and leaving your room.
In addition to our usual thorough room cleaning schedule, we have additional measures in place. All surfaces from furniture to light switches, door handles and kettles will be sanitised. All laundry is washed at high temperature and pillows and duvets are also sanitised between bookings. Non essential items like magazines and cushions we have removed. Unfortunately we will not be servicing rooms during your stay. Fresh towels and tea/coffee can be supplied on request.
We ask you to maintain a 2 metre distance between yourselves and both staff and other guests. The breakfast room and conservatory are now open. We just ask you to order the night before using the order slips provided or using a QR code on your phone.
You have the option of contactless check-in by calling or texting us when you arrive. Usual check-in is also available but adhering to social distancing (sorry, no handshakes). A Track & Trace QR Code is displayed at reception. Your key will be sanitised for you. Check-out can also be contactless with payment taken from your card details you provided at time of booking and your invoice emailed to you.
