Our Gardens & Conservatory

Relax and take in the garden with its many shrubs and tiered lawns. Snowdrops, bluebells and daffodils start off the year, with camelia, rhododendron, roses, day lillies and crocosmia later in the year. The many trees including acers give autumn colour.

You are free to wander and explore the grounds or sit on a bench and take in the views. Behind the garden we have a wild flower meadow stretching up the hill. Near the top you will find a gazebo with stunning views across the valley.

The Wildlife

If you are a lover of nature and wildlife, you'll love it here. The trees and shrubs are home to plenty of birds and butterflies, the stream attracts frogs and dragonflies and the woodland next door is home to nesting buzzards which are regularly circling overhead.

Enjoy watching the birds on the feeders whilst eating your breakfast. Nuthatch and woodpecker are regular visitors.
